RAS kroz Sektor za regionalni razvoj i regionalnu saradnju uspostavlja i održava saradnju sa subjektima regionalnog razvoja sa ciljem unapređenja lokalnog i regionalnog razvoja kroz jačanje međuinstitucionalne saradnje i kapaciteta kao bitnih faktora jačanja ukupnog privrednog razvoja.
Sektor za regionalni razvoj i regionalnu saradnju obavlja poslove akreditacija i obnove akreditacije regionalnih razvojnih agencija i vrednovanje rada akreditovanih regionalnih razvojnih agencija, kao poslove poverene zakono.
Pored toga, koordiniše rad mreže akreditovanih regionalnih razvojnih agencija, pruža stručnu pomoć i unapređuje kapaciteta akreditovanih regionalnih razvojnih agencija za obavljanje njihovih poslova koji se odnose na regionalni razvoj, predlaže projekte za unapređenje i razvoj poslovne infrastrukture na regionalnom i lokalnom nivou, realizuje programe i mere Ministarstva privrede i učestvuje u implementaciji projekata koji se finansiraju iz međunarodne razvojne pomoći.
Evropska mreža preduzetništva je projekat koji je Evropska komisija pokrenula 2008. godine u cilju efikasnog i efektivnog iskorišćavanja potencijala mikro, malih i srednjih preduzeća i to kroz pružanje informacija i podršku preduzećima i preduzetnicima širom Evrope
International projects are project funded through donations. Development Agency of Serbia has a vast experience in realization of multilateral (EU funds) and bilateral projects with the purpose of developing SMEs and Entrepreneurship and Serbian economy in total. Development Agency of Serbia is implementing and/or using donations.
Overall Project Objective: “Strengthening SMEEs in selected regions by establishing broader links.” By establishing links between SMEEs in selected regions, as well as new, bigger markets, the Project will increase sales and exports and create new jobs.
Long-term cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in the field of mentoring continued through the new project of the Development Agency of Serbia and JICA - "Establishing and promoting mentoring services to SMEs in the Western Balkans, Phase 2", 2017 – 2020. The project refers to closing of standardized mentoring services cycle in Serbia, and continuation of transfer of Serbian expertise in the field of mentoring in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and FYR Macedonia, with the support of Japanese experts.
The Danube Transnational Programme is a financing instrument of the European Territorial Cooperation (ETC) with the goals of promoting economic, social and territorial cohesion in the Danube Region through policy integration in selected fields. The Programme finances development projects, practical implementation of legal framework, tools, services and specific small-scale pilot investments.
